Purchases are digital and usually delivered instantly. Refunds may be limited once content has been accessed or credits used.

Valid Refund Scenarios

• Duplicate payment: If you are accidently charged mmmore than oncce.
• Technical Error: If you are unable to access purchased content due to issues on our side and we can't resolve it within a reasonable time (typically 7 days)
• Unauthorized Payments: If transaction was made without your knowledge and it is verified.

Refund Process

• Username / Email
• Transaction ID
• Purchase date
• Reason

Not Refundable

• Used credits
• Accessed content
• Late requests

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in temporary suspension while reviewed.
